Privacy Policy

What we collect. Your email and, if you set one, a hashed password; if you sign in with Google or Apple, only your account ID and email from that provider; the trips and expenses you log (dates, start/end places, odometer readings, miles, purpose, client, notes); and, only if you connect your Tesla, vehicle drive state and odometer via Tesla's read-only Fleet API.

How we use it. Only to keep your mileage log, compute deductions, and produce your reports. We don't sell data, show ads, or share it with third parties, except Stripe (payments) and Tesla (only when you link your car).

Payments. Card details are handled by Stripe; they never touch our servers.

Retention and deletion. Your data stays while your account exists. You can download your trips (CSV) and permanently delete your account yourself under Account; deletion is immediate and removes all trip data, sign-in links and Tesla tokens. Or email cineconnect.contact@gmail.com and we act within 30 days. Backups roll off within 14 days.

Security. HTTPS everywhere, hashed passwords, short-lived OAuth tokens.
