MileHatch is a mileage-logging tool. It is not tax, legal, or accounting advice; you are responsible for the accuracy of your records and filings. Consult a tax professional.

Free trial. Every new account gets a 14-day free trial. Nothing is charged during the trial. If you haven't subscribed by the end of the trial, access pauses and your records are kept. If you subscribe, your first charge is on the day the trial ends.

Billing. Plans renew automatically until cancelled: Monthly at $6/month, Annual at $59/year. Cancel anytime from the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've paid for, and paid periods are not refunded.

Founding member offer. Limited to the first 500 founding subscriptions. $1/month for the first 12 billed months after the trial; from month 13 the subscription renews automatically at the regular Monthly price ($6/month) unless you cancel. We'll email you before the price changes.

Acceptable use. Don't abuse, reverse-engineer, or overload the service.

Availability. Provided "as is" without warranties; liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.
